2. Even though the hotel was able to make money from us helping them they would not even ADMIT their mistakes but always gave the run around and blamed it on someone else or lied about it even though we have pictures to prove they are lying.

7. The food in the restaurant was overpriced, as well as the food in the lobby - and that's another thing, the people taking money for the food in the lobby couldn't take credit cards.
