1. We waited in the lobby for nearly an hour, then went back to the room to find that fresh towels had been placed on the bathroom counter, but nothing else had been done.

After being transferred to the desk manager and being left on hold for what I believe to be far too long, I was assured that the towels and pillows would be sent up immediately and was given one free nights stay to be used in the future and sixty dollars to be used in the hotel restaurant Grill 39.

7. Aside from the disappointment surrounding the pool we also had requested two extra towels and two extra pillows for our room on the reservation web site.

8. Shortly after I received my towels my partner and I went to use the indoor pool but were not allowed in because there was a sign posted that the indoor pool/spa area was closed until the 20th.
