1. The rooms were wonderful, the beds extremely comfortable and the housekeeping staff left my room impeccable every day.

2. The rooms itself are a little dated (colored tile in the bathroom from the 60's and CRT TVs), but they are clean and housekeeping cleans them before noon.

From the first contact with event planner Kara Veldhuis; check-in with Rachelle; multiple special requests from the housekeeping staff; comfort of the accomodations and cleanliness of the fitness room, pool and spas; courteous and efficient waitstaff; upto and including a very last minute dinner arrangement with Jason -Grille 39; our experience was first rate.
