1. The towels were tiny and very thin.

2. The bathroom ceiling and vent above the shower head was stained/rust colored, there was a large discolored piece of plywood screwed to one of the bathroom walls (where I assume they access the pipes), the towels were sort of dingy, and it just didn't feel clean (even if it was).

The elevators are slow as molasses and so longer waits with conventions going on, they refuse to let you use a luggage cart unless you have a bellhop doing it for you, they only put three towels in the room (when four are staying), the walls are thin it seems, and the room was muggy and about impossible to cool down enough (and it's only April).
