This was my first stay at a Disney Resort - we expected more - rudely treated at check-in by people ill equiped to handle first timers, most of good information from previous guests - poor cleaning by staff, soap in tub, dirty and torn towels when we checked-in, crayons under beds, glitter and hair gems on shelving, mini fridge did not work - rude staff when asking for a clean room or someone to clean it - if I were alone I would have left.
