8. We had to have housekeeping come earlier to clean our rooms as we were often at the parks by 8am and in need of a nap by 1pm but on one day our room had not been cleaned by 1:30 after speaking with the front desk our room was cleaned by the afternoon each day.

10. There are a few notable exceptions - the cast member that checked us in was very accommodating and sweet to my daughter, the concierge in the main building was extremely helpful, but housekeeping desperately needs some training.
