1. It was one of the least expensive resorts at Disney world, but our room was remodeled, there was 2 sinks in the bath, the bed was sooo comfortable and the pillows were great.

6. The maintenance department was there when we needed the wheelchair adjusted, the housekeeping was there to bring me more pillows for my leg, the excellent bus drivers who have to help all of us who had our disabilities during our trip.

10. We didn't get any "towel animals" from housekeeping but housekeeping did take the kids Webkinz and place them "cutely" in the pillows each day (the kids couldn't wait to get back to the room each day to see where their Webkinz were).
