5. - Huge 24 inch LCD TV in room- Nice waiting room section with couch/sleeper- Noisy mini-refrigerator (random knocks)- TV not viewable from work area (luckily work desk on casters)- Breakfast service ended 5 minutes ahead of scheduled 10 AM- Wireless Internet unusable- Towel rack in shower.
