2. when we spoke to the hotel manager chris about the incedent he acted as if it was no big deal and stated ' it is our policy that if you leave out your shoes we will put them away, if you leave clothes on the bed and other places will will put them away and all trash will be removed from the room.

5. on our second morning- there was no hot water!when i called the host to tell her, she did not apologize not offer a compensation of any type- she instead questioned me repeatedly and finally said that she would tell her manager.

7. Sure enough the next morning, getting the desk staff to understand that our breakfast to be covered took 15 minutes and another visit from a different manager.
