One thing I like about the Hilton Embassy Suites was the eye for customer service delivery, so in the hotel you have Laundrette's where you can go and wash your clothes on your own if you find hotel Laundry service too expensive, just popo the change, pop the clothes, go to the bar grab a few drinks during the Manager's reception time and hey your clothes are ready too.
