1. I was also meeting a friend at his work one night, but as the business center PCs were all being used, the manager at the check-in desk was more than extremely helpful looking up the information and location for me.

3. A few other notes: Courtesy shuttle will take you where you need to go; The Galleria is obviously very close; The lobby has a kiosk that allows you to check-in/check-out at the hotel and check-in for your flight; Rooms were spacious and clean; Room Service is available.
