3. There are two swans in the front lobby area and it was nice to see the hotel manager mingling with the children and letting them help him feed the swans.

4. The service was very good, we used the hotel shuttle a few times and the front desk manager and shuttle driver were very nice and polite.

6. I found out that this Embassy Suites was very near the Hilton and the Galleria Mall and since we love the Embassy Suites product, with the complimentary breakfast and managers reception-i stayed here.

7. I was also meeting a friend at his work one night, but as the business center PCs were all being used, the manager at the check-in desk was more than extremely helpful looking up the information and location for me.

9. :)The only time when i didn't like the hotel was when the Laundry service lost one of my Boss shirt and the manager behaved helpless and didn't do anything about it.

10. When we checked in they did not have the double bed room that we reserved but the front desk manager quickly put us in 2 adjoining rooms and comped the extra room.
