1. The Suites are fine, but the convenience and quality of the InterContinental make it well worth the extra money, especially in the middle of winter in Cleveland-- this is simply the way to go in my opinion.

9. The duty manager was not helpful and said that the time cannot be changed and the best they can do is to arrange a car to take the patient to their nearby property (InterCon Suites) for the shower in the morning.

10. I am an ambassador member and usually get an upgrade to a Jr Suite which isn't much more than an average room with a very small sitting room.
