6. As for service, when they cleaned my room, they didn't replenish the coffee but they discarded all the soap (in tub and basin) and replaced it with new ones, which is a waste being I used them once.

My A/C was not working properly in my first room that I arrived in and so the next morning I mentioned to the front desk and when I returned from work that evening, they had relocated me to an amazing room and had already moved my luggage for me and even took the time to hang my jacket in the closet for me.

10. Plenty of towels provided even tho there was only 3 of us (one being a 5 y/o) and the whole room was incredibly clean.
