1. I asked for something bigger and they helped (the place was empty so I knew they had the ability) the second room was bigger and the AC worked but again the room smelled musty/damp.

3. When we got to the room the bathroom was dirty, but the desk immediately sent housekeeping up to clean the bathroom.

6. Other than poor timing, the room was adequate, although the bathroom was cramped, and I couldn't get the HVAC to output any heat (it was in the 30s at night).

Pros:- Across the street from the Duke convention center- One block from Fountain square- Walking distance to both Stadiums - Can easily walk and cross the Roebling suspension bridge into Covington- They provide a small tube of toothpaste in each room - Staff is friendly Cons:- This property through Priceline Name Your Own Price came up in the 4 star category.
