4. Pros- Expedient check in process and great staff - Prime location for business travel; proximity to the 'financial district' and airport- The rooms are so comfortable.

5. On arrival the staff were courteous and very helpful and we were fortunate enough to get upgraded from a Classic Room to a Superior Room which included a few little extras and we really appreciated.
