4. We were given a room suitable for a disabled person , NO bath tubs ( let alone the 2 person jetted tub we were supposed to have ) and No steam shower , these were one of the reasons we booked that room .

5. We trekked back down to reception and bluntly told the lady we were not taking that room and she had better find us what we had payed for and low and behold we eventually got it , ya the customer service sucked .
