1. Check in I thought would be a breeze as arrived late ( which I had called ahead to let them know and ask for tower 5 will a pool view if possible ) , ya right .

4. Check in was fast but upon arrival into the room, I immediately found on a towel in the bathroom, a 2 inch FAKE FINGERNAIL that had broken off someones finger.

We came with our two small children and stayed in the smallest suite (Moorea) because at the time of booking our reservation they didn't have any other rooms available but a month later at check in they apparently had plenty, but wanted us to spend an extra $40 a night to upgrade to the larger room (we opted out).
