5. But first we waited on line for like 25 minutes (the front desk staff was SLOW, or else there were just 3 very picky people ahead of us!) We saw 2 people ahead of us given rooms so we thought we would be ok.

6. The internet in the lobby, which i thought was free, was really $10 to use but the front desk guy gave me the password for free because he must have realized I read that it was free for owners somewhere.
