1. Overall, the room badly needed a renovation.

5. Ok so to start with the hotel rooms are smaller than normal, but your not in New York to sit in your hotel.

9. She had given us a small room with a king size bed which we weren't comfortable in and when I mentioned it to her she quickly offered us a spacious room with 2 beds instead very comfy beds, Which we found perfect for us.
