2. The morning after our arrival I went to open the window to let the steam out (from all of us using the showers) and realized the window was NOT locked.

3. There is also something wrong with the shower we had - it goes from freezing cold to steaming hot back and forth.

4. It attempts to lure you in with its 'boutique' name and mid tier pricing, but offers tiny rooms, brick wall views, and no 'real' amenities, Our broken bed had us struggling not to gravitate to each other in the middle all night, and the constant plink of the old-fashioned steam radiator kept us from any kind of restful sleep, and with no way to control our room's temperature, we were quickly overheated and agitated.
"Broken beds, tiny, no lobby, SLOW internet! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/30/2011 Vote
5. The bathroom had no window or vent or fan so the steam from showers stayed there for a long time.
"Good location but many faults!! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/20/2009 Vote
6. My room (#316), the 2nd room I'd looked at, had the following problems when I arrived:~broken lamp~broken outlets~broken curtain~broken door latch/lock~loose, crooked bathroom fixtures, faucets ~chipped, scratched, stained furniture~thin, frayed carpet~bedding thin, threadbareGood:~location~friendly staff~large flat-screen with local stationsBad:~no heat/thermostat control (old steam radiators with no working valves) these also made noises constantly that would wake me up.
"Great location. Also noisy, dingy, and old. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/10/2012 Vote
