1. The rooms were always being cleaned, ours was very clean, even our balcony was cleaned daily.

2. Checking In -----------------A guy at the front desk made us wait because our room wasn't ready although we arrived there around 2:20pm, but when we finally checked in, someone did a lousy job cleaning the room.

3. Overall, the hotel is a fine deal, but would have liked the cleaners to do a bit better job in the rooms--especially places like walls, etc. Great location.

4. -The desk-staff is VERY friendly and helpfulOne thing to improve: They give a free coffee-bag (for the cofee-machine in the room), just on the day of arrival.

5. I assume the last room was one of the best they had, since it was a corner room on the top floor, but was no more then an average room in any other hotel.

8. We stayed for 2 nights at the hotel and booked their most basic room, we were given a superior room with the coolest bidet water closet.

9. best of all, you dont need to ask for an upgrade, once they realize they have better rooms for you, they automatically give it to you.
