2. It is not a 5 star hotel so anyone expecting 5 star luxury will be disappointed, but if one accepts that, it is a great place to stay and the cost is very reasonable.

5. i would say the few good things about the sand villa would be the view from our room, wifi in our room and the advanced toliet which seemed to be why the room cost as much as is did, other than that, the room was small and beds were not comfortable.

7. The 2 draw backs for me with this hotel is the location and the so-called 'Continental Breakfast' you receive as part of your cost of the room.
