1. I certainly had no problems with either cleanliness, nor with any noise from other rooms or hallways--and I'm a light sleeper who uses earplugs more often than not (not here).

2. As the 'Suites' in their name implies, the rooms were huge with a living room separated from the bedroom by a sliding door, as well as a large bathroom with separate sinks.
