4. - We did encounter a problem with the toilet leaking from the back, and the service staff was quick and responsive, and they fixed the problem.

5. Guest services said it was free in the lobby, but who wants to sit in the lobby while messing around on their laptop, iPad or phone while their kid sleeps in the room 12 floors up.
