Upscale mall in the hotel's back yard, stayed for ten days and never heard other guests, the bowed out shower curtain rod was a nice touch in the bathroom, microwave/wet bar area was nice to keep left overs from all the great resturants nearby (check out Copland's pecan crusted cheesecake!and Folks for a true southern food experience.

3. Could not get internet service to work in hotel, I was connected to support service, could not get it to work either, money was refunded, at check out.

5. I didn't get to check out this aspect however, The Galleria is a mall attached to the hotel by a tunnel.
