1. I expected better than what we got, first room given to me was spacious, double bed, plenty of room, however, once we started looking around, found that the room had not been cleaned, bathroom didn't have toilet paper, bath towels were dirty and yet folded for use, things were left behind by prior occupants, thermostat not working (reading at 60 degrees on cold day) that could not adjust to higher temperature.
