9. At not point in time, through two contacts with local hotel staff, and two contacts with customer service staff, did any Best Western employee actually apologize for their bed bugs.

10. Good points first - they offer a free shuttle service to/from the airport, the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the location was great for getting to the conference at Salt Palace Convention Centre.
