1. shady location and people, people trying to film other people through their window, mouse poop on the sink, mildew in the bath tub, homeless people, heater didn't work, loud parties at 11: 00 pm switched room same story I would not recommend this place to anyone would not stay again if I was paid $70.

6. I would highly recommend that if a remodel ever occurs, the bathroom wall be moved one foot into the bedroom area, that would enlarge the bathroom substantially at a small cost of living space.
