8. My room was fairly small with a single Queen size bed that I sunk halfway to the floor in.

Everyday the room was cleaned differently, sometimes we got new towels and other times not, sometimes the bed was completely made up and other times not, sometimes we got new drinking glasses and other times not, etc. I could not believe they charged guest to use the internet, both in our room and at their business center.
