2. Narrow checkin lane so it's blocked by the guest ahead of you and you have to park if you want to check in, then there was no bellman so we got our own bags on a cart which was annoying, it was late.

4. Although you will need a car to get to where you are driving it is only a few minutes to downtown, is located right at the University of Utah and has easy access to the zoo and the freeway to Park City.
