1. Had a long day getting family member to hospital, needed a good night sleep and we got to the hotel to find it unclean: BUGS IN THE BED, used bedding, floors weren't vaccumed etc. VERY unsatisfied, left the room immediately.

2. The rooms were neat but had a smell of stealness the bed was lumby and the TV was so old it had knobs.
