My husband needed heart surgery at Presbyterian and this hotel was the most reasonable hotel nearby even with the cost of a taxi to Presbyterian, it was still more reasonable than other hotels, it was clean, the room temperature could be adjusted easily, the staff was warm & helpful, and the location was excellent.

7. I never had to worry about my car, the staff was gracious and the bell-man walked me to my car the day of discharge and actually moved it close to the elevator for me.
