1. the room had 2 double beds which were comfortable but not luxurious.

3. The staff was rude and unhelpful, the ceiling in the bathroom was caving in, wallpaper was peeling, sheets were worn and stained, and they only bothered to replace or towels and make our beds 3 times in our 8 night stay.

7. Had a long day getting family member to hospital, needed a good night sleep and we got to the hotel to find it unclean: BUGS IN THE BED, used bedding, floors weren't vaccumed etc.
