1. The mattress in the first room was stained, the comforter on the bed also had a stain near the top.

2. At the front desk I asked, as I always do, "have you guys had any problems with bed bugs?" the gentleman there was nice enough to say yes.

4. The first room we received was not very clean, and I admit, I am someone who strips the bed and looks at the mattress.

5. The bed was confortable, but sleep the first night was marred by lots of noise -- a party of people yelling to/at each other -- at 3 - 4 a.m. Service at breakfast (not included with the room) the next morning was nearly non-existent, despite the restaurant being largely empty.
