1. I was really impressed with the staff because of the great customer service, which seems to be harder and harder to find.

3. Typical Courtyard,nice staff and the the new cafe style lobby, which I much prefer to the old breakfast buffet, but come on - no wi-fi?(there is in the lobby but in your room you have plug in a wire.
