1. Mold in the caulking in bathroom, peeling wall paper, filthy carpet, bedspreads stunk and outdated, bed on the floors, table & chair in room had torn seats and were so small, nail polish spilledf on floor with big stain on it, very tiny space.

8. The rooms were quiet during sleeping hours (keeping in mind we had older childred - aged 10 & 13 - so we didn't go to bed until midnight anyways after full days at the parks, maybe younger families would find it louder or harder to sleep).
