2. The original non-smoking room w/king bed that was assigned to me smelled heavily of smoke, and then I found ashtrays throughtout the room .

3. The front desk clerk was extremely rude when I asked to exchange rooms because it was too loud he told me 'that is your opinion' The bed very old and uncomfortable and I probably slept 3 hours due to tossing and turning.

4. I scored a nice bargain through AAA for a king bed/sofa bed room which was plenty roomy enough for little ol' me.

7. Hotel obviously a motel bought by BW and upgraded and in really good location for State Fair and downtown (park at McKinney for free and get free tram) breakfast good but bed linen dirty and didn't get changed after first request.
