1. The breakfast was pretty decent (my husband is gluten-free and was able to find several items), and Buzz Brews is literally 25 feet from the main entrance, so food wasn't a problem.

3. Coffee was really weak on 2 out of 3 morinings, but there is a great breakfast/luncheonette /small diner located a few yards away from entrance to hotel, which has great food and coffee ( always busy - called 'Buzzbrew's') One drawback - only shampoo was provided.
