1. The breakfast was pretty decent (my husband is gluten-free and was able to find several items), and Buzz Brews is literally 25 feet from the main entrance, so food wasn't a problem.

2. Hotel obviously a motel bought by BW and upgraded and in really good location for State Fair and downtown (park at McKinney for free and get free tram) breakfast good but bed linen dirty and didn't get changed after first request.

7. Coffee was really weak on 2 out of 3 morinings, but there is a great breakfast/luncheonette /small diner located a few yards away from entrance to hotel, which has great food and coffee ( always busy - called 'Buzzbrew's') One drawback - only shampoo was provided.
