1. I had hot water, bed was a little hard but they brought me one of the foam mattresses and that worked.

5. The bed was sagging and awful, we didnt even wanna take our shoes off as we didnt want to catch whatever the cleaner bleach was covering up, as there where noticible stains the bleach was covering something up.

7. Water stains on the cottage cheese ceiling, tv didnt work, bed seemed comfortable, shower has very low water pressure.

8. The bathtub had roaches, the carpet was black w/dirt, the room smelled like must, the linens were gross,the wall paper was peeling, the bed was out right dirty, and there was a Lolita hooker and her John in the hall.

9. One working elevator for 13 floors, dirty room, bare light hanging above the table (no lampshade), no remote and it took an hour to get one with 2 people trying to program it, Found garbage and previous guests things behind the dresser and bed, The carpet was badly patched and stained and the customer service was horrible.
