2. smelled horrible, cigerette burns in comforter,urine on toilet,no fitted sheets and red bed bugs in the beds crawling everywhere it was disgusting and filthy and my young children left traumatized and afraid to sleep, they didnt refund my deposit as i was told,they only put halft the deposit back on my card several days later after going back and forth with them.

6. It was clean enough,but we paid extra for the North Tower,and when arriving that section had no Hot Water,so they gave us the South Tower,but did not refund the difference.

7. The Las Vegas Club ignored us when we sought to warn them of the situation (we spent $200 to make sure our beddings and home weren;t subsequently infested-sorry no refunds!).
