1. The non smoking room did not smell, but overall was not up to very high cleanliness standards and the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

3. The shower, when run at the normal pressure and speed, left a 2-inch deep pool of water for you to wade in, stains on the throw pillows on the bed, the armoire broke.
