1. No ice machines (call the front desk), no air conditioning (open the windows and listen to buses, sirens and motorcycles), furniture hardware was missing and some actually came off in our hands, holes in the bath towels big enough to stick your index finger through.

6. I found hair in various places all over one of the bathrooms: two on the soap dish, one on the towel I used to dry my hands, one in the bathtub, one on the faucet of the bathtub, and two on the rim around the bathtub.
