7. I filled out an online review, stated that the baseboard in the bathroom had some water damage, and received a personal reply from the General Manager that it's being repaired now.

10. My husband and I actually apologized if there were any misunderstanding on our end when we had called the hotel before but she just said that she couldn`t do anything about it, did not apologize, and left the situation to the front desk manager and walked away.
