1. Not fantastic, our room was slightly outdated, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and while we were there the internet access went down for about 2 days (could not print our boarding passes), and the electricity was also down for awhile (while we were doing laundry).

6. The resort was exactly as it looked in the pictures and our studio garden view room was garden view from the bed, but from the lanai the garden clear to the island of Molokai was our view.
