4. On the next day, the housekeeper accidentally grabbed my shirts to wash with other towels, pillow cases, etc. However, the hotel refuses to mail my shirts back to me unless I pay for the shippings.

5. etc. Elevator smelled of insect spray,elevator out of service due to maintanance, which made it difficult to carry down beach chairs,towels, etc. would never stay here again, of recommend it.
