1. The handle on the door was broken off, so it was very hard to get out of the bathroom once you were finished doing your business.

9. The lighting was really dim at first (it eventually got brighter), but there was a huge stain on the window seat, and there were hairs all over (the corner of the bathroom, in the sink, etc.).
