1. We reported a slowly draining bathroom sink to the front desk and, quite literally, someone was in our room in less than 2 minutes to fix it.

5. We found the suite slightly dirty (particularly the bathrooms) upon arrival, and it appears the suite would only be fairly well cleaned between guests, regardless of the length of stay.
