1. Cleanliness: To be fair to the property, one cannot expect housekeeping staff to thoroughly clean the equivalent of over 100 small apartments every morning.

2. However, except when we complained, what housekeeping did each morning was make the beds, change the towels, and throw the dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on, then leave.

3. Housekeeping did an inpeccable job of keeping our room clean and stocked with coffee supplies and towels.

5. Housekeeping did not come all day , it was late in the evening before they showed up , only because we called them.
